In 2003, my 52 year old wife, BJ, had a severe stroke. The stroke affected her right side and her speech. Together we have been on an amazing recovery journey with many successes for which we are so thankful.
When the stroke occured, I knew little about strokes and found it difficult to find information easily on the internet. I did not want other survivors or caregivers to go through these difficulties, thus this website.
